I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was located right by the beach with lovely views. Although sometimes the sea front could be a bit noisy, the sound didn't bother me. This place provided excellent and attentive service with amenities like 24-hour room service, in-room safe, and even cars for hire. I also found the leisure swimming pool to be refreshing on a hot day. The staff was always looking out for us, even on the day of departure when there was a nicely dressed man who helped us with our heavy luggage.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious experience.

Over the Christmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel in Palermo. the rooms were lovely and comfortable, with a nice view. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about bus and train timetables. the hotel also had a great pool, which was a perfect way to cool down after a hot day of sightseeing. the location was also convenient, being within walking distance to the city center and close to public transportation.

There were a few things that I disliked about my stay. there was a lack of communication from the hotel regarding road closures due to an event happening nearby.

It was a good choice for our fairly nice stay.

The pool area was the highlight of our stay at NH Palermo. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the sunny weather. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided us with towels, making it a hassle-free experience. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. the rooms were clean and well, maintained, creating a comfortable environment for us. we really enjoyed the beautiful views from the terrace overlooking the sea.

There were a few negative aspects that we didn't enjoy. the staff seemed to be annoyed by foreign tourists and didn't treat every guest the same.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the sea and a spacious terrace. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. The hotel staff was outstanding, with friendly and helpful receptionists who spoke English fluently. They promptly addressed any issues, such as adjusting the room temperature. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel itself had comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. The staff provided helpful service and the breakfast buffet was generous. the hotel offered facilities like a pool and a rooftop terrace.

The outdoor pool was closed during my stay.
